Darlene has a strong background in writing and marketing. She has authored 10,000+ resumes/cover letters/CVs for clients at every career stage, from entry-level to CEOs, and in every industry. In addition to being a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), industry subject matter expert (SME), and a member of the Career Professionals of Canada, she is also a multi-published novelist in the contemporary and historical lines for Kensington Publishing in New York and is co-owner, with a New York agent, of The JP Literary Agency.

She has worked in Story Direction for Hanna-Barbera Productions, Hollywood, California (with work broadcast on CBS-TV); as a freelance writer for Prentice Hall Publications; as an editor for The Reporter, an award-winning Midwestern newspaper; and as the public relations director for The Petite Corporation, marketing its literary talent.

Tracy Lapointe

Tracy has 20 years of diversified human resources and organizational development experience in a variety of industries in both Canada and the United States. She has worked as an executive leader in challenging economic environments, providing strategic direction and launching hands on leadership initiatives to ensure corporate and employee success during times of growth, acquisition, restructuring, and divestitures. Tracy has earned a reputation as a strategic change leader who understands people. She knows how to inspire, motivate, and develop others to reach their potential through active coaching, mentoring and development. She has both directly and indirectly recruited thousands of individuals, implemented enterprise-wide programs in associate engagement, learning/leadership development, and candidate assessment. In addition to actively managing a customer service call centre, she has served as ombudsman for a financial services organization. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University and a B.A.S. from York University. With keen insight into the Canadian market, strategic expertise as a business leader, and a solid background in HR and organizational development, Tracy is well-positioned for her leading role with ResumeEdge.ca.

Greg Poster, CHRP
Senior Account Executive – ResumeEdge

Greg is a senior human resource professional with more than 25 years of experience in building strategic relationships. He has held management/consulting roles across a variety of industries, including financial, electronics, hi-tech, consulting, and educational services. During times of expansion, Greg has recruited 2,500 staff to meet corporate needs. In economic downturns, he has eased the corporate restructuring/downsizing process for staff by working closely with outplacement firms to help former employees reinvent themselves. Working within a variety of human resource roles he has significant North American experience in job assessment and compensation analysis. This has enabled Greg to develop an extensive know-how of jobs in the marketplace and the varied skill sets needed to be successful in these roles. As a former owner/manager of an HR consulting business, Greg is skilled in sales development, account management, and client relationships. He has discussed HR topics, such as restructures, HR automation, and compensation during his public speaking engagements. At ResumeEdge.ca Greg is charged with fostering client relationships and developing the Canadian marketplace.

Nina Freier
Director, Operations, CHRP

Nina brings 16 years of expertise in human capital management and organizational development to her role as Director of Operations for ResumeEdge.ca. She has provided both tactical and strategic direction to enterprise-wide change programs and talent acquisition initiatives across several North American industries, ranging from large-scale recruitment projects to planning and executing change efforts due economic growth and contraction. Nina’s particular strengths include candidate assessment, associate engagement, employee relations and employee learning/development. Nina is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and a diploma in Management Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is certified in both the Predictive Index (PI) and the William Bridges Three-Phase Transition model, and has extensive experience with behavioural based interviewing.
